Who are we looking for?

Our growth and increasing customer base have created an opportunity for a Warehouse Controller to join our team and deliver (our) installation solutions on a global scale. This is a fundamental role within our warehouse structure and we're looking for someone who will plan and control the workflow within the warehouse, providing effective communication to all levels within the team. You will systematically own the operational flow for goods in, order handling and goods out, alongside managing the documentation for both inbound and outbound activity.

What you'll do:

- Control all systematic operational flows - from goods in, to goods out.
- Support in controlling and maintaining warehouse systems, ensuring operatives are following trained system processes.
- Control of booking inbound deliveries and raising ASNs.
- Support the operational teams in raising orders, batching and setting picking priorities.
- Control outbound collections and collating despatch documentation.
- Be the first contact for deliveries and collections at site.

What you'll need:

- Experience of working in an administrative team in a logistics / warehouse environment.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Develops and drives best practice in all aspects of performance.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel.
