We work in partnership with all Local Authorities in the South East to assist with a variety of housing demands.

**Job purpose**:
**Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Logging supplier invoices on our accounting software.
- Making bank payments and sending remittances.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Liaising with suppliers, including utility companies.
- Using new operating software to generate sales invoices.
- Basic data gathering and analysis as required.

**Duties in common with other members of the team**:

- To be a positive ambassador for Paramount Independent Property Services.
- To undertake any other reasonable duty that may be required from time to time.

**Person Specification**:

- Highly organised and a positive work ethic
- Accurate processing, attention to detail
- Computer skills - Outlook and Excel.
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confident on the phone with customers and suppliers
- Excited by change and opportunities for improving processes
