**Salary**:£14,605.50 - £20.319PA + COMMISSION.

Monday to Thursday

2 weeks full training

20 days annual leave

4-day-week

Swanstaff Recruitment are currently recruiting for 10 x call centre agents,

This role involves working as a call centre agent can be an incredibly rewarding job. It gives you the opportunity to help people solve their problems and to feel the satisfaction of a job well done.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and handling customer enquiries with the upmost care and professionalism. This means listening carefully to customers, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that meet their expectations.
