To act as account manager for internal teams (e.g. HR, IT, facilities) and ensure that their communication needs are supported appropriately
- Ensure key announcements, events and successes are communicated timely and are aligned to our corporate strategy
- Coordinating internal campaigns, from concept to delivery and measurement
- Managing overall editorial direction, ensuring processes are in place for content curation and creation
- To create regular engaging content to be shared on our internal channels
- Support the development of existing internal channels and the creation of new ones.
- Project manage a range of internal communication activities and initiatives, including events.
- First class writing skills, able to communicate concisely and effectively to a range of different audiences from front line staff to the Group Executive team.
- A creative thinker, with an ability to develop and deliver innovative stories for a range of different channels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to complete agreed programmes of work with competing priorities challenging targets and deadlines, demonstrating good performance and time management
- Excellent project management skills
- Good practical understanding of organisational change and transformation
