Permanent, Full Time

**Salary**: _up to_ £38,000 + Car Allowance

Location: Sandhurst, GU15 4PQ (with travel across regional patch)

We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our QA team on a new defence contract across the South of England.
- Experience of working in a similar Quality Assurance position
- Experience with managing high volumes of work and contract quality/ assurance.
- Lead Auditor or similar qualification
- Ability to create and present training content
- Highly analytical / ability to manipulate data
- Advanced PowerPoint & Excel knowledge (Pivots, Vlookups)

You would be responsible for:

- Working with the HSEQ Team to ensure that the Assurance Strategy is deployed in a cohesive and robust manner
- Supporting the delivery of the contract assurance programme and other monitoring regimes
- Carrying out audits and inspections when required
- Delivering effective education and training to operational staff
- Providing reports and capture relevant data that demonstrate compliance and assurance
- Supporting the delivery of the Contract Assurance Plan to maintain the delivery of contract requirements
- Supporting the business contract management review activities.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
