**The Role**:
The role will involve various aspects of supporting our sales team, our external sales partners and the management team with any ad-hoc tasks that may be requested and will from time-to-time involve some customer interaction (over the phone).
**Responsibilities**:
- Help support the Reseller Sales Team with the onboarding of customers.
- Help support our external sales partners by processing the orders they submit.
- Support Partner Sales Manager with partner reporting.
- Periodic cleansing of system data.
- Contacting customers to confirm planned installation dates.
- Provide support to the Management Team with ad-hoc tasks.
- Help with follow-up sales actions.
- Over-flow call handling for sales team.
- Adding new products to Salesforce.
- Updating network coverage sheets/products on sales system.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Time management and workload prioritisation.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Results orientated attitude.
- Organised, with good attention to detail.
- Good ability with Microsoft office.

**Performance Criteria**:
- Effectively carry out daily duties, ensuring all deals are processed each day.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy while processing deals and entering data in to systems.
- Provide adequate support to the internal sales team when required.
