**Your new role**
Whilst you're working with key stage 2, you will take responsibility with the class teacher, for ensuring that the classroom is ready for learning each day and create any educational resources that are required. You will organise and run intervention, phonicsand maths groups and take responsibility for identifying any pupils that need additional support. You will develop and deliver bespoke ILPs enabling pupils to overcome barriers to learning. You will assist the classroom teacher in monitoring and assessingthe development of pupils in your class, providing verbal and written feedback.
**What you'll need to succeed**
It is essential that you have previous and recent classroom-based experience. You will have a thorough understanding of the British National Curriculum and child development which you are able to implement in a classroom setting. You will be a flexible individual,who is able to successfully manage challenging behaviour. You will be familiar with ILPs and target setting. Essentially you will have exceptional communication skills and be highly organised.
