Due to Bulk Tainer Logistics continued growth we are looking for a Cost Control Co-Ordinator. Reporting to the Cost Control Manager you will support the Cost Control Team, and the business as a whole, by monitoring job performance and recharging of costs to our customers in a timely manner.

**Key Activities & Responsibilities**

**Health and Safety**

Responsible for one’s own, co-workers and stakeholders health and safety.

**Cost Recovery**

Through the kickback report and system review of the jobs after completion and review, advise the customer and recharge all applicable additional costs in agreed formats.

Assist with cost/invoice processing in relation to the operational supplier base and, along with your team, ensure all invoices are actioned accurately and within the required timeframe as per related procedures.

**Financial Monitoring**

Review and monitor overspends and templates against completed orders and highlight under performing business to manager for review.

**Departmental Support & Learning**

Support other functions within the Cost Control Team as and when needed. Use this time to gain a greater understanding of these functions, and the business as a whole. Strive to use this learning as a tool to progress, bringing benefits to both you personally, and the business.

**Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge - **E/D* (Essential/Desirable*)**
- Competent in the use of I.T. system, outlook, excel etc. **E**:

- Good geographical knowledge **D**:

- Reasonable level of mathematics and ability to perform basic calculations **E**

**Experience**
- Previous roles in cost management or within logistics industry **D**:

- Experience of managing a range of tasks in a prioritised structure **D**

**Competencies**
- An ability to work well under pressure **D**:

- Communicate with various departments to achieve common goals **D**:

- Consistently accurate and a keen eye for detail **E**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,525.00-£20,000.00 per year
