Indirect Procurement

Financial services organisation require an Indirect Procurement & Supplier Manager. Applicants should have services, or indirect procurement experience and be comfortable working in an exciting full lifecycle procurement role encompassing sourcing, SRM andcontracts.

The Indirect Procurement & Supplier Manager will be responsible for a generalist category portfolio - FM, professional services, consultancy etc. This is an attractive role with end-to-end scope, from sourcing and category management to post-signature SRMand contract management activities.

Specific duties of the Indirect Procurement & Supplier Manager include:

- Category management of spend areas in scope
- Stakeholder engagement - understand their requirements from supplier base, facilitate 360 feedback
- Supply market intelligence, supplier landscaping and supplier selection activities
- Tendering
- Drive collaboration and innovation with suppliers, and maximise supplier value
- Supplier Management - drive cohesive relationships, performance and dispute resolution
- Supplier and contract management governance activities
- Manage contracts and mitigate risk

Indirect Ptocurement & Supplier Manager applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Experience within indirect, or services based procurement
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Post-signature procurement experience - either in supplier management or contract management
- Strong understanding of category management and contract drafting
- Comfortable with hybrid working
