**The Company**:
A specialist London headhunting firm that works with clients in investment banks, asset management, consultancies and hedge funds. They work with the likes of JP Morgan and Barclays, as well as some of the world's leading banks and hedge funds.

**The Role**:

- Headhunting using LinkedIn and existing contacts
- Industry research
- Leading and running meetings
- Working towards commission from day one

**What They Can Offer**:

- The basic salary is between £27K - £32K (Experience dependant)
- They are preferred suppliers for the world's leading investment bank
- A 'grown-up' environment they won't micro-manage you but will provide all the support necessary for you to be a profitable entity within the business
- 121 mentorship and training from two of their very successful directors

**Requirements**:

- A year in recruitment (preferred)
- A team player: all assignments are worked on together and it's important that anyone who joins the business can be sensitive to others' work loads and pitch in
- Committed: it does take a while to be successful so commitment and dedication are essential
- Confident: this company puts a huge amount of emphasis on networking so confidence is a must
