The Role:
As an Assistant Sales Manager, while progressing your own deals, you will take on some management responsibilities, obtaining valuable management skills. Your responsibilities will be scheduling and conducting Market Appraisals, complying with governmentregulations, and training the junior team. You will also be responsible for scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between vendor and buyer in order to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange, but Requirements:

- Proven 3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
- Well organised
- Full UK driving licence
