**Early Years Educator / Early Years Practitioner**

Due to a recent expansion we are currently recruiting for our stunning, outstanding rated, children’s day nursery and preschool in West Byfleet.

**Main responsibilities of the Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner**:

- Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children’s needs.
- Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
- Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
- Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
- Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
- Be qualified to Level 2, 3 or equivalent in childcare (required for Senior Nursery Practitioner roles and above)
- Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS - Early Years Foundation Stages.
