*Group Finance Manager*

Rockstar Property Holdings (AKA Rockstar Property), are a well-renowned property investment and education organisation with personality As a leading investor in the 'HMO' (House of Multiple Occupancy) market, Rockstar Property's main trading activity is Property Investment and Property Education - however this role would also include managing the fionances of other business' we're currently moving towards, some within the Rockstar brand, some that are not.

Headed by CEO Kane Andrews, the Rockstar Property 'Dream Team' are driven, incredibly passionate and approach every day with a 'do-good' attitude. By teaming up with third-party investors, we're currently acquiring between £8m-£10m of property every year - as we further develop our presence in various territories across the UK.

We have recently franchised our business too under the brand Rockstar Property Network, as we continue to educate the industry with transparent, ethical and lucrative opportunities within the property industry.

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Finance Manager/Bookeeper to manage and improve our organisation's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for this role include;
- Bookeeping and reconciliation
- Produce management accounts
- Produce profit and loss accounts
- Ensuring compliance and regulation is being met
- Submitting company and personal tax accounts to company accountant
- Manage payroll
- Monitor and forecast financial data
- Coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
- Overseeing whole accounting operation for various companies within the group
- Reporting KPI's to Founder

*AAT / ACA Qualifications preferred.

NB: Advertised salary is for 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Working hours 09:00am-17:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
