**Job Summary**

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a diligent, reliable and conscientious individual to join our growing business group in our Finance Department as a Financial Assistant.

This role involves carrying out the day-to-day purchase ledger work to ensure accurate reporting for our business group and its five legal entities, as well as processing the entities bank payments and receipts and carry out bank reconciliations.

**In a nutshell**
- Join a growing e-commerce market leader in a finance role, with a number of separate legal entities to maintain
- Develop your finance skills under the mentorship of a Head of Finance who is a Chartered Accountant
- Process all Purchase and Sales Ledger information
- Process all bank payments and receipts
- Prepare payroll information and liaise with external payroll providers
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Carry out credit control activities
- Carry out ad-hoc duties where required

**Experience Required**
- Sage Line 50 experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- Prior experience in a finance position (at least 2 years)
- Microsoft Excel (at least 1 year)
