Cdm Consultant

A successful, driven housing consultancy are looking for a CDM Consultant to join their high calibre team of construction professionals to work on a selection of high end, high value projects in the public sector. The role can be based out of their Brightonor London offices.

A fantastic chance to work with a variety of housing organisations and house builders, providing duties as CDM Consultant advising on CDM compliance from conception through to completion.

The company could also consider a more junior member to join their team so would be an excellent chance to kick start your career within the CDM and preconstruction health and safety sector.

**The Successful CDM Consultant**

The successful CDM Consultant should ideally hold the following:

- NEBOSH Certificate as minimum
- Technical membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)
- MUST HAVE at least 6 months to 1 years' experience working a Construction H&S role
- Must have practical working knowledge of CDM2015 Regulations
- Excellent organisation and presentation skills

**The Package of the successful CDM Consultant**:

- Salary of Between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum
- Car Allowance
