Taylored Facilities Management Ltd is a long established FM company based in Liverpool serving the commercial and leisure sectors. We are looking for a skilled Handyman/Maintenance Person to join our friendly and busy Maintenance Team in our Liverpool Branch.

Hours
08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday

Role
To be successful in this role you will need to possess excellent maintenance skills, be able to work independently and have a ‘can do’ attitude to your work and be able to work well with other members of our maintenance team. This position would suit a multi-skilled person with excellent communication skills. Crucial for this role is to be able to able to confidently work on IT systems such as Electronic Diary and In-House maintenance systems (training to be provided)

Provide a comprehensive maintenance & repair service to the clients of TFM Ltd. Work closely with our Compliance Managers to resolve reported issues from our clients.
- Skilled at DIY & general maintenance for example; tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, basic electrical works.
- Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards.
- Travel to other sites & on occasions be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hours.
- Liaising with managers daily to ensure that all scheduled jobs are completed and the managers are provided with regular updates.
- Using in house systems (training will be provided).
- Keep an inventory and monthly audit of all maintenance tool and equipment.
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner

Key skills
- Previous of experience in similar role
- An ability to use initiative to achieve pro-active site maintenance.
- Building maintenance skills - painting, decorating, joinery and plumbing
- Good interpersonal/communication skills as this will be a tenant facing role.
- Carry out works in an efficient and safe manner.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good organisational skills.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Must have a full clean driving licence.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Vehicle with fuel card

22 days + 8 Bank Holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,960.00 per year
