**The Recruitment Crowd have recently partnered with a market-leading client based in the Leeds area. We are looking for multiple Production Operatives to join their team.**

**Hours**: Monday to Thursday - 6:15am-4:15pm one week and then 4:15pm-2:15am the next week (rotating)

**Pay Rate**: £11.44 per hour for 12 weeks, with the opportunity to progress through a 'banding system' to level 7 which is £13.40 per hour

**Location**: Leeds, LS12

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
- Please note that an induction will be held for this role and a second interview with the client is required._

**The Role**
- Integral part of the team, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
- Execute tasks on the conveyor belt accurately and promptly.
- Operate machinery for moulding, painting, and spraying, adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to meet production goals.
- Prepare materials and maintain organized workstations.
- Precisely execute moulding processes for quality shower trays.
- Contribute to product finishing through cleaning, sanding, and preparation.
- Monitor production line, report issues, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Excellent and clear progression opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Manufacturing experience helpful, but not essential.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities in diverse settings.
- Attentive to detail, upholding high-quality standards.
- Basic grasp of machinery, moulding, and painting techniques advantageous.
- Physical endurance for standing, lifting, and moving items.
- Openness to learning, adapting, and embracing new tasks.
- Effective communication and precise instruction-following skills.
- Proven dedication to workplace safety and protocols.

Ability to commute/relocate:
