We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for Painter and Decorators to join their expanding team.
**Daily responsibilities of a Painter and Decorator are**:
- Carrying out internal and external repaints, gloss and emulsion work to residential properties
- Preparing and filling surfaces
- Wallpaper hanging
**Requirements of a Painter and Decorator are**:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Painting
- Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)
- Previous experience within the responsive maintenance environment
