Clerk to Trustees

We are looking for an experienced, intelligent and focused individual to provide wide-ranging and high level administrative support for our Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team. You will need to be highly organised, be experienced in preparing meeting agendas, documents, and minutes, you will have a good eye for detail and be a team player. An organised and flexible approach is essential for this very busy role together with the ability to attend meetings outside of normal office hours.

Citizens Advice North Somerset (CANS) is an established and well regarded local independent charity that provides free, impartial and confidential advice. We undertake research & campaign work to influence policy makers and to effect change. We work in partnership with the Local Authority, The Legal Aid Agency, Macmillan Cancer Support, The Money Advice Service, Wessex Water and many more local and national partners to deliver advice services to over 7,000 clients living and working in North Somerset.

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £24,390.00-£27,282.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1TN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
