**Your role as a Customer Service Advisor at phs Group**:

- Taking calls and building rapport with customers each day on our contact centre. Fixing any issues quickly and efficiently, so customers feel valued every time.
- Basic computer skills are really important too We’ll help you learn the rest.
- Contact centre experience would be useful, ideally having longevity in a contact centre role.
- Most important is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers.
