Parts Apprentice

**Ness Plant Parts Apprentice (Vehicle Parts) based at our Kinross depot**

As a Parts Apprentice you will be a key member of our award winning aftersales team, from the very start you will be learning how our busy parts department functions along with the tasks associated running with the department, as your experience grows and your responsibilities will grow too, tasks could include, ordering parts from suppliers, receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, fulfilling retail customer orders and good housekeeping.

What we are looking for in the successful applicant is they have an outgoing personality, great telephone manner, competent in their IT skills, self-motivated, able work under their own initiative and integrate with our existing team. The apprenticeship may appeal to an individual with an interest in cars, lorries, bikes, plant or farm equipment.

A full driving licence or committing to learning to drive upon turning 17 is essential for this position.

The working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The position will also require occasional overtime on Saturday mornings.

Applicants who are successful on their first meeting will be invited back for work experience days to get a feel for the position and what would be expected from a parts apprentice on daily basis.
