**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and implement approved credit strategies to support the turnaround of viable businesses.
- Represent the Bank within syndicates, creditor groups, steering committees and other forums established for coordinated recovery action.
- Regular interaction with legal counsel and financial advisors to consider solutions for repayment of credit exposure and risk migitation.
- Maintain robust data quality and run databases and accounting systems to ensure that risks are identified and managed.
- Provide information for the senior management team to monitor and control risk.

**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of legal documentation, accounting, and credit practices.
- High level of numerical accuracy, verbal, and written communication.
