**Job Overview**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Efficient and accurate criminal Legal Aid billing for police station and court duty files;
- Co-ordination across all sites, maximising turnaround times;
- Processing Standard Fees and Exceptional Claim Fees including accurate claims for travel and disbursements;
- Dealing efficiently with enquiries from within the firm;
- Provide input, feedback and solutions relating to improvement/developments within the department;
- Covering telephone lines and dealing with enquires;
- Cover for Police Station Administrator during periods of annual leave;
- Provide general assistance as needed to the Police Station Department;
- Covering duties such as post, door callers and assisting with visitors on office days;
- Any other duties as directed by the Team Leader or a member of the Management Team.
**Person Specification**
- Excellent communicator;
- Good understanding of client care requirements;
- Must be IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office packages;
- Excellent time management and organisation skills;
- Good team work ethics.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
