Making A Difference as A Senior Residential Support Worker in Children’s Social Care
We are looking for a suitably experienced person to join our management team at The Grove children's home. You will be responsible for the supervision of identified staff, undertaking a lead role on shifts and monitoring performance and staff. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a residential setting and should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of young people’s needs.
Supervisory/managerial experience would be desirable but is not essential. Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 (Children and Young People) qualification.
In return we can offer you regular supervision and support, access to training opportunities and the chance to contribute to the provision of quality child care.
You will be required to work on a rota-basis that will include some evening, weekend and holiday working, as well as sleep in duties for which an allowance is payable.
