The company specialises in home entertainment and domestic appliances, delivering to happy customers, nationally for over 30 years.

The hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, you’ll be required to work every other weekend. Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm, when working the weekend, you will have two days off in the week as rest days.

**£24,000 per annum**

The role will be based in LE4 Beaumont Leys.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Manage any queries, feedback or escalations with manufacturers or third-party delivery companies.
- Create open dialogue through strong relationships within the key departments within the company, to continually deliver and improve the front-line customer experience.
- Ensure each customer has a positive experience and will become a repeat customer.
- Deal with day-to-day administration tasks within the department.
- To optimise the performance of the Customer Services Team by continually improving our customer’s experiences.
- Proactively and demonstrably contribute to Customer Service initiatives as advised by your Management Team.

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries.
- Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
- Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Other duties as requested.
