**What are we looking for?**

The Clinical Education Coordinator functions as liaison and as administrative, technical or operational resource for the Clinical Education Department at Cleveland Clinic London.

Under the direction of the Clinical Institute Education & Training Manager, the Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating and administering day-to-day activities and provide administrative support for the Cleveland Clinic London education programmes, events relating to attracting, retaining and orienting fellows and students and the coordination and support of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) and other clinical education programmes.

The Clinical Education Coordinator will provide coordination, administrative and logístical support for Clinical Education programmes for areas across Clinical Operations.

**What will your duties include?**
- **Fellowship Programme Support**
- Schedules, coordinates and provides in person support for orientation and on boarding for Fellows and Bank Fellows
- Supports and coordinates all aspects of the Fellowship programs, Fellow recruitment, and the activities of any temporary employees including interns and short term fellows or bank fellows
- Assist with the coordination of, and prepares all documents necessary for institutional site visits involving Cleveland Clinic London Clinical Education
- Assist in scheduling coordination, preparation and communication of meetings and events
- Assists with development of fellowship program budgets; coordinates reimbursement of authorized expenses for Fellows and others as directed by the Clinical Institute Education and Training Manager
- Coordinates all Fellowship-related activities and events
- Maintains website for Fellowship program information
- Schedules and coordinates travel including coordinating reimbursements for authorized expenses related to travel
- ** Student Programme Support**
- Supports and coordinates all aspects of the student programmes including student interaction within hospital, clinical rotations
- Assist with the coordination of, and prepares all documents necessary for, all institutional site visits
- Schedules student rotations with preceptors for all students
- Schedules, coordinates and provides in person support for orientation and on boarding of students
- Schedules, coordinates and supports all student related activities and events
- Assists with developing of student program budgets; coordinates reimbursement of authorized expenses for students and others as directed by the Clinical Institute Education and Training Manager
- ** Continuing Medical Education (CME/CPD) Support**
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings
- Facilitate and attend meetings, record key outcomes
- Research, analyse and organise information for presentations
- Potentially collaborates with marketing and CCJM UK to disseminate information
- Produces communications to educate caregivers about educational programs
- Coordinates directed educational opportunities in conjunction with external partners
- Designs and schedules educational meetings and arranges for appropriate presenters and speakers
- ** Clinical Education Support**
- Works collaboratively with Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure all educational activities are peer reviewed, optimally promoted and accurately tracked.
- Provide regular reports from LMS on training and competency compliance.
- Review new caregiver onboarding plan, to schedule new Clinical Operations caregivers onto onboarding training sessions.
- Provide coordination and logístical support for clinical operations educational programs including schedule creation, roster management, materials preparation and working with Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide coordination, logístical and administrative support for Grand Rounds
- Provide coordination, logístical and administrative support for Cleveland Clinic London Journal of Medicine
- Support ongoing development for Education website and SharePoint
- Provide administrative coverage for other Education Coordinator roles
- Other duties as assigned and as required by the changing nature of the role as CCL develops
