None required. Office and construction experience would be a benefit.

**Evaluation**:
Performance of this job will be evaluated monthly.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Manage and update client database

Maximising sales and minimising cost

Quoting & Estimating

Compiling picking lists for incoming orders

Programming Projects & Processing Orders

Communication with the installation teams, suppliers & customers.

Liaising with potential and existing customers.

Attend customer’s sites to meet with clients and see installation progress.

**Equipment Used**:
PC installed with Microsoft software package including, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Audio-visual presentation equipment and other office based equipment.

Accurate estimating, and ordering of supplies.

**Solve problems**

During the day to day operation problems will arise and these need to be dealt with in a productive, effective way and in a timely manner.

**Salary**: £16,000 - £18,000 Annual + Bonus. Dependant on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
