**Job Purpose of IT Project Manager**

**Knowledge and experience of IT Project Manager**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an IT leadership role with demonstrable capabilities in large-scale transformation initiatives including migration to the cloud
- Experience of both on premise and cloud-based Microsoft technologies including AD, virtualisation, Exchange and Microsoft 365
- Ability to analyse, monitor, evaluate and make technical recommendations
- A good knowledge of Windows Server Management
- A good knowledge of Windows (10/11) and Apple client devices (iOS and MacOS) and associated MDMs
- Experience of networking, VPNs, firewalls and managed switches
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of technology and non-technology stakeholders throughout the firm
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing senior stakeholders through difficult situations resulting in positive outcomes
- Demonstrated capabilities in stakeholder management, budget management, risk management and operations
- Demonstrated capabilities in large-scale technology transformation initiatives
- Understanding of global and line of business project and technology program management standards and methods

**Core Requirements of the Post**

The IT Project Manager, is an integral part of IT Team providing high levels of technical expertise and program management support for companywide initiatives and internal IT activities, along with the enhancements this will bring. This will include educationalactivities, modernisation, innovation support, professional development initiatives as well as a focus on building and enhancing our communities in a flexible work environment.

As an experienced professional in cloud-based technology transformation and Project Execution, you thrive at leading technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees and stakeholders throughout. This role requires a strong graspof the big-picture - namely, how can technology help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and budgets. You will need to build and incentivise a high-performing team. You'll work closely with colleaguesacross the company to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable for transformation. You'll work with the IT Team and Director of Shared Services to set goals, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture andbrand of the employer.
