Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Salary / Benefits £20k - £34K +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Applications will be considered from: East Kilbride, Paisley, Kilmarnock, Falkirk, Edinburgh, Lanark, Wilshaw, Hamilton, Clydebank, Livingston, Motherwell
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold the P402/P403/P404 qualification or RSPH equivalent.
" Will hold extensive experience within the asbestos industry.
" Will be well versed with revenant Health & Safety legislations.
" Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
" Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
" Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
" Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
" Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.
" Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
