As a Business Services Semi Senior/Senior, you will play a crucial role in the firm's ongoing success by delivering outstanding accounting and business advisory services to a diverse client base. **Responsibilities**:

- Preparing financial statements and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Assisting clients with VAT, payroll, and bookkeeping matters
- Reviewing and supervising the work of junior team members
- Liaising with clients to provide proactive business advice and support
- Ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation and accounting standards
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the practice by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

**Requirements**:

- ACA/ACCA part-qualified or qualified, or AAT qualified with relevant experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a practice environment
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
