**Reports to**:Macleod House & Lodge Manager

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
¨ Guest check-in and check out

¨ Dealing with guest luggage

¨ Evening/late night food and beverage service including room dining

¨ Setting up the restaurant and public areas for service

¨ Ensuring relevant health and safety checks are carried out

¨ Dealing with all guest enquiries ensuring that operational standards are maintained at all times

**Qualifying Criteria**:
¨ Previous experience in a similar role or within a hotel operation would be advantageous

¨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

¨ Passion for delivering an exceptional guest service

¨ Ability to resolve queries in a proactive, practical and positive manner

¨ Ability to work as part of a team

¨ Ability to work with minimum supervision

¨ Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend and evening work will be required)

¨ Full clean UK driving licence

¨ Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
