We are looking for a responsible Office and Finance Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

**Duties will include**:

- Assist in the general administration of the office on a daily basis such as:

- matching delivery dockets,
- processing invoices and entry onto Sage system,
- filing and dealing with customers.
- Recording of sales transactions and handling cash and card transactions according to set procedures
- Assisting with reconciliations
- Assisting with completing documents and forms
- Serving and dealing with customers and suppliers - either in person or by phone
- Any other reasonable duties as requested

**Key Attributes**

**Experience**

Previous experience of office duties and handling cash and knowledge of Sage and Microsoft word and Excel are desirable, however on the job training will be provided as necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
