Maintenance person(s) required urgently to start with our small team, carrying out basic general maintenance to properties in and around Bedfordshire as well as the odd jobs may be based in and around Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire.

You must be a clean and reliable worker with basic maintenance knowledge in tiling, silicone replacement, painting and decorating, repairs to patch work areas like plastering and filling to high standard finish.

Having some expereince in plumbing and/or electrics is desirable.

You must be able to provide proof of being able to work in the UK, e.g. passport, and work status, proof of address

Immediate start for the right person.

**Your own tools will be needed.**

**UTR number will be required as you will be self-employed.**

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £130.00-£260.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
