Midday Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the establishment
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Manage and train staff members
- Schedule staff members for shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in catering, coffee, food production, hotel, banquet, assistant manager, and bartending is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff members
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and staff members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
