We are constantly growing our teams, product offerings and customer base by working closely with all of the major networks and suppliers as well as through acquisition - so there’s always an exciting new opportunity to support UK businesses on the horizon.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a first line advisor in the resolution of grievance, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Provide proactive advice for the management regarding employee relations.
- Assist the with HR projects and initiatives in support of key objectives and business plans.
- Producing accurate and timely reports to the business including analysing data and providing feedback to the business areas accordingly.
- Proactively advise on business improvements where required.
