Location: Support Office (Alcester)

Helping Hands has been established for over 30 years and throughout that time our HR team have played a vital part in the success of the business. We’re now looking for a new GDPR Administrator to join us. Working from our support office in Alcester, the post holder will provide administrative support relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) compliance and Data Protection.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing Subject Access Requests (SARs)
- Supporting with data breach assessments and risk management
- Data entry and file organisation
- weekly/monthly data reporting
- Liaising with departments and managers on SARs and Data Breaches
- Supporting staff engagement around GDPR awareness programs

**Who You Are**

To be successful in this role you'll need to have
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Be confident using Office 365 and Adobe Pro
- Experienced with data entry and using Excel
- Ability to influence and engage with colleagues at all levels

Knowledge of GDPR would be desirable but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
