**ASSISTANT CARETAKER**

The role is a permanent position full time for 37.5 hours per week for someone who is prepared to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings. This may include working until the close of the day and locking up the premises. There will also be a requirement to be on the alarm call out list and to respond to out of hours call outs. There is an entitlement of 25 days per year paid holiday. Auto enrolment for the local government pension scheme is in operation. Salary will be dependent upon experience, starting at LS
SCP2 - £20,441.00 per annum.
