I am currently recruiting for a Caretaker role for a School based in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The school have a fantastic track record setting excellent standards whilst creating an inclusive culture for both staff and pupils. The leadership team have built excellentrelationships with the school and community ensuring there is a supportive and safe environment.
Your new role
As the Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the school grounds ensuring the pupils have the best possible facilities to help them thrive. You will be responsible for the smooth running of operations in the school and your day-to-day responsibilitiesinclude:

- Unlocking and locking up the school.
- General porterage
- Cleaning and maintenance of the building when needed.
- General repairs
- Events set-up and clear-up

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will either have previous experience in a caretaking role or any handyperson position. Experience in general maintenance roles is desirable.
