The school exam period will be from April 2024 - July 2024 so we are wanting applicants to be available for work during this period. Flexibility is essential as the hours differ from day to day.

About the role and responsibilities:
- Maintain a calm and supportive environment
- Assist organising students at the start and end of each exam
- Provide correct information and material for the successful completion of the exam
- Ensure the security of the examination before, during and after the examination
- Enthusiastic and focused, remain vigilant at all times
- Refer suspected malpractice to the School Administrator - Data and Exams
- Provide a report of any discrepancy and/or irregularity
- Reporting any absentees to the Lead Invigilator/Exams Manager
Requirements that we need to get you cleared for this role:
- Previous experience in a similar role or educational setting is preferred
- Eligible to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Developed listening and observational skills
- Ability to be firm, fair and impartial at all times
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and when faced with unforeseen circumstances

References will automatically be requested for all shortlisted applicants prior to interview. The successful applicant will be required to be DBS and safeguarding checks prior to taking up post.
