- Assist in ensuring products are manufactured in line with company procedures, meeting specifications, and accompanied by relevant documentation.
- Learn and participate in inspections at different production stages, including supplier premises, to identify non-conformities.
- **Collaboration and Independence**:

- Collaborate with the team while also taking on individual responsibilities to support inspection and auditing processes.
- Contribute to general quality-related activities and projects within the quality department.
- **Process Development and Innovation**:

- **Inspections and Training**:

- Observe and assist in inspecting materials, welds, dimensions, and painting processes.
- Participate in training and development initiatives as part of your learning experience.

**Competences**:

- Knowledge of quality and welding management systems.
- Willingness to learn and gain experience in EN1090-2 standards.
- Eagerness to support process and procedure improvements.
- Developing competence in welder monitoring, weld sequences/SOP, and distortion control.
- Basic proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and international specifications.

**Additional Information**:

- Educational background in welding/fabrication or related field.
- Understanding of welding processes, with an eagerness to learn MAG, TIG, and SMAW methods.
- Familiarity with materials used in welding processes.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, coupled with a methodical and logical approach.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills to support the department.
