Medical Receptionist

**Chichester Physio Ltd** is a multi-disciplinary Physiotherapy clinic based at Bosham near Chichester. Our established practice has five fully equipped treatment rooms for Physiotherapy, a floor to ceiling mirrored Pilates Studio and dedicated sports massage room.

We are looking for a friendly, smiley part-time receptionist to join our team.
Hours: - Wednesday Friday and some Saturdays mornings. Also holiday cover when needed
- Day to day responsibilities include:

- Answering inbound telephone calls and making appointments on the Practice diary system
- Greeting customers
- Taking payments and reconciling money taken
- Letter writing to customers and insurers
- Filing patient notes - the worse bit of the job - but it doesn’t take long
- Taking Cally - our dog for a walk

The right person will have:
- GCSE A* - C in English and Maths
- Excellent English communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- MS Windows and MS Office experience
- Own car - as our location requires this
- Be easy going and great to work with.

Experience in this kind of role may be beneficial, but this could be a great opportunity for someone starting out or slowing down, or maybe wanting a change. Full training is given.
