**UK BG,** Europe’s leading company in the beauty industry, with 250 representatives in the aesthetic, pharmaceutical and medical division, is now looking for an experienced sales person to join their growing team, to develop new business in the UK (London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire).

In this position you will promote and sell aesthetic devices and products to practitioners and business owners, winning new business in your region, increasing sales from current clients, and providing an excellent standard of customer support. You will use your knowledge of the industry and your extensive sales experience to identify opportunities and increase sales, and you will use your relationship-building and customer service skills to retain and develop existing accounts.

You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy.

After the pandemia, the working dynamicsof our agents has changed and developed: we believe it is a team effort that attracts customers and that includes online sales through video conferences.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous and proven experience in sales (min 2 years), preferably in the aesthetics industry; extensive experience in selling aesthetic products or devices and an existing network of industry contacts will provide a distinct advantage**:

- Self motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driving license
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Flexible time-schedule

**What we offer**:

- We offer a competitive annual salary that can range from £50,000 to £70,000 including a fixed base of £30,000 in payroll and 10% commission. 10% commission on total successful sales that can take your income to new heights. For example:

- with the sale of 6 technologies per year totaling £300,000, you could earn £30,000 in commissions on top of your base salary of £,30,000 so £60,000-with 10 technologies sold per year totaling £500,000, you could achieve additional commissions of £50,000, on top of the base salary of £30,000 so £80,000.
