**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
The delivery of the BS 8414 cladding testing programme with responsibility for:

- Health and safety of staff and contractors
- Work scheduling and planning
- Maintenance of ISO17025 accreditation
- Technical oversight of the testing to BS 8414
- The delivery of a high-quality testing service
- Ensuring the income stream meets the business’ financial targets
- Establishing good working relationships throughout the organisation, creating opportunities for collaboration
- Establishing good working relationships with customers and other interested parties.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience of working within an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory (preferably fire related)
- Proven abilities working with budgets
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience in building relationships.
