**Creative Assistant/Production Co-ordinator**

We are looking for a Creative Assistant bursting with ideas, strategies and commercial thinking. We need you to work directly with clients and within our small team to provide the best possible service to our videography customers. We need you to take ideas, understand them and help us turn them into reality.

**Company**

Customer service/Co-ordination - liaising with clients before, during and after shoots.

Pre-production - assist with storyboarding, shot planning, location, scripts, risk assessments and more.

Shoot day - attend offsite videography/photography shoots to assist with set up, production and equipment. The ability to add a creative flair to the project and adapt to changes on the day is essential. Work with the client to ‘set the scene’, organise shot list adherence and capture behind the scenes footage.

Editing - assist with creating the video.

Manage diary and schedule workload.

Attend exhibitions, chat with potential customers, showcase our company at events.

**Qualifications**

Educated to A Level (or equivalent) with a media, photography, creative element if possible.

Excellent personal and communication skills with a charismatic and creative approach.

Interest in producing Podcasts and social media engaging posts with confidence on camera.

Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.

Animation experience preferred but not essential.

Full UK driving license.
