**Cecconi's Pizza Bar**

In the heart of London's Soho, Cecconi's Pizza bar offers a more relaxed take on the Cecconi's dining experience with a menu of homemade pasta and wood fired oven pizzas served alongside Aperol Spritzes and Negronis on tap. An authentic Aperitivo is available everyday accompanied by live music from a changing rotation of DJs.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Bartender** to join our Central London team at **Cecconi's Pizza Bar (W1D 5JJ**)**. As a Bartender with Cecconi's Pizza Bar, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.

**What we are looking for...**
- 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar.
- Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

**Cecconi's Pizza Bar Opening Hours**:
Mon - Thurs - 12pm to 12am

Fri - Sat - 11:30am - 3am

Sunday - 11:30am - 11pm
