We offer large group personal training, Lifestyle behaviour change, nutritional guidance and accountability, all aimed at fostering a supportive and motivating environment for our members to grow.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Fitness Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in outdoor group personal training. As a Junior Fitness Coach, you will assist the Head Coach during sessions and progressively develop the skills necessary to lead your own sessions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Coach in delivering high-energy, engaging group fitness sessions.
- Support participants with technique, motivation, and personalized feedback.
- Set up and pack away equipment for sessions.
- Help create a positive and inclusive environment for all fitness levels.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to build coaching skills.
- Eventually lead group sessions independently as you grow into the role.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition principles, and fitness programming.
- First Aid CPR/AED certification is required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Certification in personal training is preferred but must have a minimum of level 2 Gym Instructor.

- Is prepared to work outdoors including evenings and weekends,
- Has an ability to motivate and inspire participants.
- Has a willingness to learn and take direction from senior coaches.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: From £21,000.00 per year
