As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Key Stage 2 students, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, implementing SEN strategies, and offering one-on-one support to students with ASD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to students with SEN, particularly ASD, within the Key Stage 2 setting
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure the needs of SEN students are met effectively

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD
- Passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Pay and Benefits**:
We offer competitive pay rates ranging from £81.76 up to £95 a day, with the possibility of negotiation based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic educational environment.
