Senior Accounts Manager opportunity within a growing Chartered Practice offering progression to Partner and a leadership role within the firm as part of a 3 - 4 year succession plan.

**THE COMPANY**

This growing Chartered Accountancy & Advisory Practice has an established presence in the East Lancashire area and is renowned as a leading Small Business / SME Accounting specialist,. The firm has expanded its client base year on year and developed a strongand experienced team to support its many clients. The firm's clients operate in numerous industry sectors and are SME businesses typically c.£100k - £10m t/o in size, although the firm does advise a number of successful entrepreneurs with much larger businessportfolios.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

A Senior Accounts Manager opportunity has arisen which will offer career progression to Partner and a leadership role within the practice (c.£1.5m fee income). As Partner you will be supported by a strong team which comprises several experienced Client Accountantsand Bookkeepers. Your focus will be on overseeing the management team responsible for client work and leading the continued growth of the practice.

Duties & Responsibilities will involve:

- Overseeing the Management Team and the delivery of Accounts, Tax, Management Accounts, Bookkeeping and Payroll solutions to the firm's large client base
- Managing key client relationships and ensuring opportunities for new fee work are secured
- Staff management across the practice
- Networking and Practice Development to continue the growth of the firm

**THE PERSON**

You will be an Accountancy professional able to demonstrate the following:

- ACA / ACCA Qualified
- Background within Accountancy Practice (minimum c.5 - 7 years experience)
- Significant experience of working with and advising SME and Owner-Managed businesses
- Strong client communication and Business Development skills
- Leadership and Management qualities
