**Role title: Logistics Operational Support**

**Salary: £13.79/hr**

**Location: Huntingdon**

***Hilton Foods is looking for **Logistics Operational Support** to provide a professional and pro-active approach to External Cold store Stock management and external site support for the overall efficient running of Hilton Foods within the UK. To support the Logistics operation function within HFUK as and when required to meet the demands of the business.

**As a **Logistics Operational Support **some of the responsibilities will be to**:

- Receipt of all Hilton stock into external storage and recorded on FOPS correctly.
- All external intake orders GRN’d at the point of receipt.
- Ensuring that product temperature is always controlled and food safety standards are met.
- Weekly stock reconciliation for Location 13 (Turners) against Empirica report.
- External and annual cold store stock takes as and when required.
- Management of Lamb primal during Easter & Christmas peaks.
- Communicating with Planning and Procurement around order deliveries and priorities.
- Report any issues with stock discrepancy to the Stock and Admin Manager.
- General day to day warehouse duties as and when required.
- All other tasks within the employee’s capabilities.

**To succeed as a Logistics Operational Support, we ask that you have the following experience/expertise**:

- Intermediate / Advance level of IT proficiency, to include Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Warehouse management systems experience, preferably FOPS / Hellenic
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Driving license and private car required
- Previous experience in a busy FMCG environment
- Can work on own initiative, a self-starter.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- A positive proactive attitude with openness to change.
