Overview / Responsibilities:
The provision of mechanical and piping design related to various customers and projects.

Customers / Projects
- MC UK - Various projects
- Gassco - Varios projects
- CSL - Various projects

Work Scope
- Conducting site surveys and evaluations
- Laser scanning
- Customer relationship building and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Produce piping and mechanical design deliverables
- Develop 3D models in various packages, using point cloud data and identify clashes, etc.
- Checking and approval of engineering deliverables for mechanical and piping discipline
- Produce technical documentation to support the design and engineering work scopes
- Lead piping design activities and provide technical guidance to other designers

Skills / Qualifications:

- HNC Mechanical Engineering
- 10 Years experience of COMAH sites
- Engineering piping design
- Client Liason/managment experience
- Competent in various CAD packages to produce layouts, GAs, pip supports.
- Experience with site surveys and client discussion
- Knowledge of UK/EU regulations on PER & PSSR
